Dorman LED Road Safety Lamps
The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002 dictated that all road danger lamps must conform to BS 3143: Part 2 and Part 4 and BS EN 12352. It is now compulsory to use road danger lamps which must flash at a rate of between 55 and 150 flashes per minute on road works where a street lamp is lit within 50 metres of the works and the speed limit is 40mph or less. On all other works, the rate of flashing should be not less than 900 flashes per minute - ie. static.
