The rods are easily joined together with only three turns. The rods are always turned clockwise to prevent them coming undone.
The rods are locked together with a locking nut. Rods cannot come undone whichever way the rods are twisted.
NOTE In concrete pipes the actual internal diameter varies considerably from the nominal stated pipe size. This could lead to problems when ordering Drain Stoppers against the nominal sizes. When ordering larges size Drain Stoppers it would assist if actual internal diameter of concrete pipe is stated
