The Miller H500 Industry Standard (IS) 2-Point harness is suitable for up to 140kg maximum weight capacity and integrates several smart and intuitive safety features. These include: 

•  A smart anti-tangle solution for a hassle-free donning experience.
• Specially formulated webbing that flexes to accommodate movement and body contours for optimum comfort around the legs and shoulders.
• Features such as side adjustment straps, a H-Design leg design and the lightness of the harness are important features that facilitate a better ergonomic fit, more comfort and greater freedom of movement. 
• User-friendly resettable pull-free lanyard keepers allow the user to attach the lanyard when not in use. 
• "Best-in-class" pressure relief breathable paddings, which are three times more breathable compared to the next best alternative, keep workers drier and cooler.

The Honeywell Miller H500 Industry Comfort IC6 model builds further on these features by including a patented shoulder/back padding design that minimises overhead muscular fatigue and overexertion.

In addition, the Miller H500 harness series incorporates features which make it durable and extend the life span:

• The harness can be washed in a commercial washing machine at up to 60°C on a regular wash and rinse cycle. Laundering the harness not only enables you to save money through less frequent replacements but also helps your business reduce waste.
• The maximum life cycle is ten years from the date of manufacture except in cases where environmental factors and special conditions for the use of all protection equipment apply.
