Compared to standard polyester EcoViz® produces 50% less emissions and 50% less carbon dioxide. Recycled clothing or plastic bottles are chopped into pieces. Pieces are processed into raw polyester material. Polymerisation produces new poly-fibres. These fibres are used to create EcoViz® - a polyester fabric that fully conforms to ISO 20471.
